Philosophy
We want to make the AirMed 2022 a huge learning experience for our HEMS and Air Ambulance community. So we thought that practical workshops and hands on training possibilities would be a good way to make that happen. Thus, the idea of the Playground was born. We wanted to create a place where we meet and exchange our knowledge and experience on various topics of high relevance for air rescue.
Reservation system
To achieve the goals of the Playgrounds, we had to reduce the number of possible participants per session. But don't worry! Playgrounds with very limited seats are offered at least twice. To handle the registration issue, we have tried to make a flexible system with an online form for every Playground, where you can register your interest and reservation. If seats are still available, obviously unregistered delegates can join the activity on site. But please be aware that if the Playground is fully booked, we will proceed with the reservations according to the principle "first come, first serve".
We will send out a confirmation just before the Congress with information about the status of your registration.
You can participate at no extra cost. We kindly ask you to be courteous and only reserve seats for the Playgrounds that you really want to participate in, and this way help us to organize this in the easy way.
Location and Time
The Playgrounds are presented in the program in the third column. They take place on the ground floor in Mozart Hall, in the area around the helicopter mock-up as well as outside, throughout the three days of the program. There is a desk with our "HELPING HANDS" next to the Mozart Hall and the helicopter mock-up to assist you with any questions and to provide further guidance.
