The registration desk at the congress venue is open on the following dates for participants:
To get your entrance ticket (= congress badge) you have to come to the registarion desk in person. The registration is located on the ground floor of the venue and with your invoice confirmation or by identifing yourself, you will get your congress badge and the goody bag for the congress. On the congress badge you find all your bookings.
If you have any pending payments you are obliged to settle them during the registration.
It is possible to buy a ticket for the AirMed 2022 Congress on-site, but this comes with an increased price. Details can be found here.
Yes, you can book the Hangar-7 event on-site at the registration desk. But the Hangar-7 event comes with extra costs and only a limited number is available.
If you have a ticket including social events you can come to the Congress Dinner, even if you did not choose this options during the registration, but you have to provide us with that information during your on-site registration.
If you have a ticket including the social events you can join the Guided City Tour, even if you did not choose this options during the registration, but you have to provide us with that information during your on-site registration.
As of 1 June, the FFP2 mask mandate applies only in highly vulnerable settings (retirement and nursing homes/hospitals). The recommendation to wear an FFP2 mask is still valid. At the registration desk we provide a limited amount of Antigen-Tests and FFP2 masks for free for every participant of the congress.
If you experience one or more of the following symptoms please call Austria’s Coronavirus Advice Hotline1450. This number can be called by anyone who thinks they might have infected with the corona virus. The official health advice hotline will tell you what to do next and is there to help guests as well as locals. Please note that you need to include the Austrian country code +43 if you do not have an Austrian SIM card, so +43 1450. In case you are a suspected Covid-19 or a Covid-19 positive case, during the AirMed 2022 please contact (+43) 1450, Austria’s Coronavirus Advice Hotline and inform the organization team (airmed2022@oeamtc.at). If you are a Covid-19 positive case shortly after the congress please inform the organization team (airmed2022@oeamtc.at).
Testing site PMU Science Applications Strubergasse 21: PCR tests (€ 65/person) is available here on Sundays from 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm, with advance booking by Friday 06:00 pm at +43 662 2420 80070. The EU-compliant test certificate will be sent on the same day by 08:00 pm. For more information, see https://www.pmu-applications.at/.
Self-supervised PCR gargle tests: the Province of Salzburg offers free PCR gargle tests. Test packages can be collected from Spar- and Maximarkt stores. More information at https://sbgg.novo-testet.at/en/registrationcode. That can also be used by persons not insured in Austria.

Yes, a wardrobe is available at the congress venue. There you can temporarily store your luggage, but not overnight.
The nearest cash machines to the venue can be found at the Salzburger Sparkasse Bank AG and UniCredit Bank Austria AG.
In the legendary Getreidegasse you can find an selection of gift shops with typical austrian souveniers. We recommend to compare the prices between the various gift shops.
Salzburg's historic city center and the main train station can be reached in only 15 minutes from Salzburg Airport by taxi or public bus. From Salzburg airport, the trolleybus lines 10 (direction Sam) and 2 (direction Obergnigl) will take you to the centre of Salzburg's old town in 15 and 23 minutes respectively (source: https://www.salzburg.info/en/travel-info/arrival-traffic/airplane/salzburg-airport).
